How it Works:

1. Anyone who is 17 or older can sign up either as a user or a volunteer.
2. Calls are connected based on timezone and language, ensuring quick assistance with an average wait time of about 15 seconds.
3. Once a call is answered, a live one-way video (with two-way audio) is initiated. Volunteers or company representatives can see what's in front of the user's camera and provide verbal support.
4. Note: Availability of Specialized Help may vary depending on the region and company opening hours.
